Run, Lift, Sleep, Repeat

Guys! I went for a run yesterday! and a good one at that! 
and I didn’t die. It was actually pretty great. Although my calves are sore this morning but there was a lot of incline. But I went to bring a friend day at bootcamp (because I didn’t enroll this month [shocking, I know]) and my arms are now more sore than my legs haha
So i’m getting back into the running thing. I really need to if I’m going to tackle this 75km in only a couple of months.
Also - today i’m moving to Jindabyne for a few months. Going to train and in the midst of getting a job. It’s gonna be gooood!
